We aim to make receiving your order as simple and convenient as possible. Please review our collection, shipping and returns terms before placing your order.

1. Collection from Store

Our preferred delivery method is collection from our store.

Once your order is ready for collection, please ensure that you have your order number available. Your order number may be required to identify and release your order.

We recommend keeping your order confirmation until your order has been successfully collected.

2. Courier Delivery

Courier delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.

If you select the Shipping/Courier option when placing your order, one of our consultants will contact you to:

• Confirm your delivery address;
• Provide the applicable courier cost;
• Confirm the delivery arrangements; and
• Advise you of the estimated delivery timeframe.

Courier charges are calculated separately and may vary depending on the delivery location, parcel size and weight.

Your order will only be dispatched once any applicable courier charges have been confirmed and paid.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times provided by our consultants are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and delivery location.

While we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that orders are dispatched promptly, we cannot guarantee specific courier delivery dates or times once an order has been handed over to the courier.

4. Returns

Should you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us before returning the product.

Unless the product is defective, damaged or otherwise required to be refunded under applicable South African consumer law, we do not offer cash refunds for returned products.

Approved returns will instead be issued as store credit, which may be used towards a future purchase.

Products being returned must generally:

• Be unused and in their original condition;
• Be returned with their original packaging, where applicable;
• Include proof of purchase or the relevant order number; and
• Meet any other return requirements communicated by our team.

5. Store Credit

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the applicable amount will be issued as store credit.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash and may be used towards another purchase from our store.

6. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Where a product qualifies for a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law, your statutory consumer rights will apply and will not be limited by this policy.
