Stock availability may change without notice;
Certain products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
Thomas Red reserves the right to correct errors relating to pricing, product descriptions or availability.
If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, store credit or refund where applicable.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.
Prices displayed for products may exclude shipping or delivery charges.
Any applicable shipping or delivery charge will be communicated during the checkout process before you complete your order, where available.
Thomas Red reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, subject to correction of genuine errors.
4. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that:

Your contact details are correct;
Your collection or delivery information is correct; and
You are authorised to use the payment method selected.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
Thomas Red may contact you if additional information is required before processing your order.
An order may be cancelled or refused where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, incorrect information or another reasonable operational or legal reason.
Where payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, Thomas Red will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
5. Payment
Payment must be successfully received or authorised before an order is processed, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Payments processed through third-party payment providers are also subject to the applicable terms and conditions of those providers.
Thomas Red does not accept responsibility for delays or failures caused by a third-party payment provider, bank or other service outside of our reasonable control.
6. Collect in Store – Swellendam
Thomas Red offers customers the option to collect eligible online orders from our store in Swellendam.
Where available, customers may select Collect in Store during checkout.
Important Collection Terms
Collection is available only after you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Please do not visit the store to collect an order until you have received a collection notification, unless we have agreed otherwise.
You may be required to provide proof of purchase, your order confirmation or suitable identification when collecting your order.
A person collecting an order on your behalf may be required to provide the order details and reasonable proof of authorisation.
Orders must be collected during Thomas Red's normal trading hours.
Collection from the Swellendam store is free unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to contact you regarding any order that remains uncollected for an extended period.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Thomas Red may offer shipping or delivery to selected areas.
Shipping is available at an additional cost, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
The delivery location;
The size or weight of the order;
The selected delivery method; and
The courier or delivery service required.
The applicable delivery charge will be communicated to you before your order is finalised, where reasonably possible.
Delivery timeframes provided by Thomas Red or a courier are estimates unless specifically guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed to a third-party courier, delivery may be subject to that courier's operational processes and conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.
Thomas Red will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, the customer's unavailability, force majeure, adverse weather, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable South African law.
8. Risk and Collection
Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of collection or as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a product is visibly damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please notify Thomas Red as soon as possible and provide relevant information or photographs where requested.
9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, store credit and refunds are governed by the Thomas Red Refund Policy.
Please read our Refund Policy before making a purchase.
Our standard policy for approved returns based on a change of mind may provide Thomas Red store credit instead of a cash refund, subject to the conditions contained in our Refund Policy.
This does not remove or limit any refund, repair, replacement or other remedy that a consumer may be legally entitled to under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, sales, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers;
Discount codes may only be used once;
Promotions are subject to stock availability;
Promotional offers may have expiry dates; and
Thomas Red may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary.
